absolutely not worth the hype. my room was warm and took ages to cool down. not to mention how disappointed I was that the rooftop was 'exclusive' on new year's eve—only for those willing to pay $70! a decent hotel should accommodate its guests, but clearly, this place doesn't think so. I really wanted to give them a nice review, but I just couldn't.

Incredible rooftop pool with city views

I absolutely loved the stunning infinity pool on the rooftop that offered breathtaking views over the city. The spacious deluxe king room had everything I needed and was very comfortable for my stay. Breakfast was a delightful mix of Western and Cambodian flavors, though I wish there had been a bit more variety! The location allows easy access to the riverside, but it can get a little noisy with nearby bars at night.

Multiple rooms noted issues with cleanliness. some reported dirty spaces and broken items in their accommodations. The pool was sometimes out of service, and loud parties from nearby establishments disrupted sleep. The area also raises safety concerns, particularly at night, with reports of purse snatching nearby and a generally unpleasant atmosphere in the vicinity. One guest had a particularly troubling experience with the spa, where loud music interrupted relaxation during services, and another guest experienced burns from a hot-stone massage. Minor hiccups like a dark, non-air-conditioned lobby and outdoor hallways for the rooms add to the uneven experience.

Staff were super helpful, especially Mr Tuy Chanthea—he made sure I felt well taken care of! The rooftop offers stunning views and the breakfast had a great variety of western options!

I had a wonderful stay with a stunning view from the rooftop pool and enjoyed the relaxing spa treatments like the body scrub and massage. The hotel is clean and well-kept, but the small gym could use some updating. a fantastic experience and worth a visit! 🌞

This was just a top selection for a city break in Phnom Penh with real value for money. The spacious deluxe room was comfortable, and the rooftop provided some really nice city views. Check if breakfast comes included because it's not worth a separate price tag.
